Please let her know:
-what career you will be speaking about,

ICS Spring Book Fair
Our Spring Book Fair will be taking place from
2/3-2/10. Students will have time during their Media/Tech classes and
lunch/recess to purchase books. Parents are welcome to come by before or after
school to shop as well!
Please note that the Book Fair will be open during
our Grandparent’s Day event on 2/10!
You may also shop at our online book fair, which
will take place from 1/26-2/15. Any books that you purchase will be delivered
to our school with no shipping cost! You can find the link to
the online fair here: http://www.scholastic.com/bf/ics1
We are still in need of some amazing parent
volunteers to help the fair run smoothly. There are a variety of ways to help
before, during, and after school hours, including:
1. Setting up the fair
2. Assisting students with creating their Wish
List during the Student Preview days
3. Running the cash register
4. Breaking down the fair
If you have completed your Level II
Background Screening and are interested in volunteering, please
contact Ms. Sarah Stevenson at stevensons@icstampa.org

REMINDER - Incarnation Carnival
The 53rd Incarnation
Carnival is March 16 – 19, 2017! Incarnation Catholic School is charged with
executing this community building event.
Our next Carnival meeting is Wednesday February 1
at 7:00 p.m. in the Media Center! We hope to see you there!
REMINDER - Carnival Sweepstakes Drawing
Incarnation Catholic School will host its annual
Carnival Sweepstakes Drawing to coincide with the excitement of the 53rd Incarnation
Carnival. Remember that participation in the Drawing is required for any family
who did not purchase at least two tickets to last November’s Auction. This is
part of the $150 fundraising commitment we expect and rely upon from each ICS
family (ICS families must raise at least $150 between the Auction and Drawing;
any combination can be used but the total must be $150).
Your participation in the Drawing can yield a great
return on your investment if you end up winning! Drawings will begin on March 1
and will run through the last day of Carnival, March 19. Any family that sells
at least $150 before the Drawing begins will be entered into a bonus drawing.
Stay tuned for more details! Tickets and more information will be coming soon!
