Dear Friend of Incarnation Catholic School,
We are excited to announce our
19th Annual Auction Gala-Havana Nights- to be held on Saturday, November 5, 2016. Our Auction Gala, the single largest source of
fundraising for our school, will be held on the Incarnation Catholic School
campus, in St. Michael Hall. The festivities will begin with a silent auction,
hors d'oeuvres and cocktails from the open bar, followed by dinner, a live
auction, and dancing.
Incarnation Catholic School is
strongly rooted in its community and has been able to provide a quality
education to children for over 50 years. We have a truly dedicated faculty and
staff. The teachers are caring, meet the
individual needs of our students, and prepare them to be successful in the
future. Our students in Pre-K3 through 8th grade receive an outstanding Catholic education through
exceptional programs for a diverse student body.
The support from people and
businesses in our community is essential to the success of this event. It
allows us to retain the integrity of programs and personnel, helping our school
to continue to thrive. We are writing to you today kindly asking for your help
and support. Your consideration of
support for our school is an honor and an opportunity that you will find very
rewarding. Please help us to thrive by
contributing to our auction, our largest school fundraiser. We hope to include

Our Auction Committee is
currently seeking donations in the form of sponsorships, donations of goods or
services, or monetary contributions. We ask that you please consider becoming
one of our sponsors or consider donating merchandise or gift certificate(s). We
also have advertising opportunities available in our Auction Gala event
program. Please take a moment to review the options in the Sponsorship
& Auction Donor Forms and select one that best suits your needs so you
may participate as a supporter of this year’s Auction Gala. Please note,
Incarnation Catholic School is a 501(c) 3 Organization. Last year we raised
over $55,000 to help our school thanks to generous supporters like you. This
year our goal is set for $60,000. Your
contributions can help us meet and potentially even exceed our goal.
