ICS Family Challenge
If you remember, ICS families were issued the following challenge this past school year:

1. Eat together at least once per week
2. Pray together at least once per week
3. Play together at least once per month

Depending on the nature of your family, the commitment outlined above may have provided too much or too little of a challenge. Hopefully, you tweaked it accordingly and that you have seen God bless your investment in the most important people in the world - your family!

The summer is a great opportunity for you to focus on the family - be intentional about finding time for meals, prayer and fun!

May God bless you, your family and our ICS family!

An energizing spirit is rising at ICS. Hopefully you can feel it, see it, and that you and your children have experienced it. Re-register today.

If you have questions about registering, please contact the Front Office: 813.884.4502.

ICS Family Challenge

One of the most important qualities that we can bestow upon our children is grit. Studies show that grit is one of the biggest indicators of success - more important than intelligence and talent. Grit is the ability to be persistent and resilient. It is our ability to persevere when things are challenging and to demonstrate resiliency by getting back up and trying again when we fail.

Talk to your children about times in your life that you persevered through a difficult situation and/or times where you failed but didn't give up and you tried again. Encourage them that they can do hard work and that learning and growth result from a struggle.

Combine grit with God's grace and you have the ability to move mountains...or whatever else He created you to do.

The program will take place in St. Michael Hall at 7:00 p.m. Seats are first come, first served. There is no cost for attendance. The entire event should take less than 60 minutes. After their performances, students will report back to their Homerooms. For security reasons, parents / families should go to their student's homeroom to pick them up after the conclusion of the Easter Program. Students will not be released to parents from the stage.

We hope to see you next Thursday! Christ is risen! Alleluia!
