2014 Carnival Drop-off and Pick-up Procedures

WHAT: Carnival Drop-Off and Pick-Up Procedures

DATES: Monday March 31 - Tuesday April 8  (starting with pick-up on Monday March 31)

CHANGES:

DROP-OFF
Drop-Off (a.m.) will be “Rainy Day”. We will not have access to the South / Pavilion (Grades 1 – 4) parking lot. All parents should park on the North side of campus (Hillsborough Lot) or behind the Media Center and walk students to the gates of the school. Please exercise patience and caution. The Pavilion lot will not be available for drop-off.

-Any family who can utilize Morning Care from 7:00 to 7:30 is encouraged to do so. This will help to alleviate congestion from 7:30 - 7:45.

PICK-UP
Pick-Up (p.m.) will also be “Rainy Day” pick-up.

-We will not have access to the South / Pavilion (Grades 1 – 4) parking lot. All parents should park on the North side of campus (Hillsborough Lot) or behind the Media Center. Please enter the school to pick-up students from classrooms. Please exercise patience and caution in the parking lot areas.

REMINDERS:

-Thursday 4/3 is a half day of school.

-Aftercare will not be available on Thursday 4/3.

-There is no school on Friday April 4.
