The following note comes to us from our ICS Carnival Committee. Many thanks to our committee members and to Mr. Dave Arnold for chairing this event!
*Incarnation Carnival 2015 is this Thursday - Sunday, April 16 - 19. Please to visit our ICS Facebook page for Funfest updates; consult our Funfest page for other details (http://incarnationcatholicschool.blogspot.com/p/ics-carnival-2015-spring-fun-fest.html).
*We will be selling ride tickets and food tickets in the foyer of St. Michael Hall this week (Monday - Wednesday) from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. You can also purchase tickets online at www.springfunfest.com
*Armbands: $75.00-good for all 4 days for unlimited amount of rides. After Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. the price jumps to $85.00.
*Ride tickets: $10.00 for sheet of 21 tickets. Rides vary from 3 tickets to 6 tickets per ride. After Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. the price jumps to $20.00 per sheet.
*Food tickets: $10.00 for a sheet of 20 tickets. Each ticket is valued at $0.50. The average value of a meal with a soda or water is $8.00. Food ticket prices will not go up in price and will be available for purchase under the Pavilion at the Information Booth throughout Spring Funfest. To avoid waiting in line, pre-order your food tickets.
*This year we feature new food booths:
-Chicken Wings
-BBQ- Smoked Ribs and Chicken
-Polish food - stuffed cabbage, peppers and kielbasa
-Funnel Cake Fries
-Dippin’ Dots Ice Cream
*We will continue to have our classic food booths:
-Latino Flavors - lechon, arroz con frijoles negros, tamales, empanadas and more
-American booth - burgers, hotdogs and Philly cheese steak sandwiches
-Dessert booths - flan, arroz con leche and churros; chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter cookies, sugar cookies and fudge brownies
There is so much more-come check us out!
Live music each night under the Entertainment Tent:
On Sunday at 2:00 p.m., our very own students will be featured in a Talent Show. All the entertainment under this tent is free!! Invite your friends and relatives!
We need your support of our Spring Funfest. If you have not yet volunteered to help out for a few hours in one of our booths, please contact your homeroom parent as soon as possible. You will earn commitment hours for the time you devote to this effort. We count on you for the success of this event!

Would you like the opportunity to advertise your business to 3,500+ people for as little as $100 during our 4-day event?
Incarnation Catholic Church and School is hosting its 51st Annual Incarnation Spring Fun Fest - April 16-19, 2015 (fka Incarnation Carnival)! This event is attended by people of all ages and attendance numbers in years past has been over 3,500 people! The event has been an integral part of the fundraising efforts of both church and school. And, the proceeds have enabled the parish to make necessary improvements that weekly collection contributions from parishioners cannot fund alone.
This year, the parish would like to offer local businesses the opportunity to advertise at this event in exchange for a generous donation. Since the event is well attended by the local community, this is a wonderful way to showcase your business to potential customers.
We are looking for sponsors anywhere from a $3,000 donation to as little as a $100 donation in exchange for your business to be advertised during this 4 day event. Attached is the sponsorship program and what your donation purchases (ex. $300 donation purchases a 3’ x 5’ banner displayed in the Pavillion) throughout the 4-day event.
Please print and complete the enclosed form no later than April 1st and provide your camera-ready artwork. The mailing information is listed on page 2 of the brochure (Sponsor Commitment Form).

Wow!! Amazing!! Spring fun fest, it is just a great event and I am sure everyone loves attending such events. Last year I purchased tickets for NYC events from online. I was there with my friends.
