CURRICULUM NIGHT

ICS FAMILY SUPPERS / IRISH CUP / HOUSEHOLD MEETINGS

FOOD AND FELLOWSHIP

Please be sure that all of your contact information is up to date and correct in Sycamore. This will help to ensure efficient and effective communication between our school and your home. Please help us generate enough money for a new playground. Donations can be submitted to the Main Office; make checks payable to Incarnation Catholic School.

SACRED STEPS RUNNING CLUB
Students in Grades 2 - 8 who are interested in developing their bodies and their spirits in the Sacred Steps Running Club, should plan to attend our first "workout" of the school year on Thursday September 19. Workouts involve both scripture and steps - running steps - and take place after school from 3:15 to 4:15. A sign-up form is in today's packet. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Zelenka: icsmzele@icstampa.org.
LEVEL II BACKGROUND SCREENINGS AND SAFE ENVIRONMENT TRAINING
In order to help protect our students and maintain our number one priority of keeping children safe and secure, any adult who comes into contact with our students must have a Level II Background Screening completed through the Diocese of St. Petersburg. Background screenings are good for five years.
In addition, any adult who wishes to perform supervisory duties with students (coaching, chaperoning, volunteering in classrooms) must also complete Safe Environment Training through the Diocese as well.
Both of these requirements must be met in order for you to volunteer to work with children. Volunteering for work that does not involve children but takes place during the school day requires the Level II screening.

Attendees should meet in St. Michael Hall from 8:00 - 8:25 a.m.

The office is in need of color cardstock to make lunch cards. Parents can save the receipts and get commitment hours. Contact the School Office with questions: 813.884.4502.
