Prayers
We pray for safety and shelter for all people and property throughout the remainder of the 2015 Hurricane Season.

We pray for Pope Francis I and his upcoming trip to America to focus on the family. We also pray for families - may the Lord strengthen their bonds of love, mercy, compassion and forgiveness!

We pray in thanksgiving for the success of the Back to School Cookout this past Saturday. We also pray in thanksgiving for a successful Curriculum Night for grades PreK to 5 yesterday evening.

We pray for the Newcom family as they mourn the loss of Mr. Newcom's uncle. May God surround the Newcom family during this difficult time. We also lift up in prayer Mr. Newcom's grandmother who suffered a stroke this past Monday. May God's healing hand be with her and may God strengthen the Newcom family.

Hope Will Rise

At Incarnation Catholic School, we believe that we can do hard things. This growth mindset enhances learning and development and allows students to learn, grow in their faith and become the people that God created them to be. We know that if there is no struggle then there is no learning, either because it's too easy (we already know it), or we stopped trying (because it was too hard).
We believe that we can do hard work.

Hope Will Rise!

Personnel Updates
We are still searching for a suitable after care coordinator. Please pray that we can secure the right person for this important position within our school.

Candidate must possess a minimum of a BA degree. The preferred candidate is a practicing Catholic and possesses experience teaching / ministry or in coordinating recreational activities for school-aged children. Responsibilities include organizing after school activities, and working with the Program Director and the Incarnation Catholic School Administration to promote and maintain the program. This position will require working between 20 – 25 hours each week between the hours of 2:30 and 6:30 p.m. An hourly wage will be offered.

ICS Home and School Association
We are moving forward with our revamped Home and School Association. Detailed information will be coming within the next week about the many opportunities for you to help support and advance our school. Your involvement is expected and appreciated. Thank you in advance for your partnership and efforts.

Anyone interested in attending a planning meeting to help us secure volunteers to help the various committees should plan to join us next Thursday September 10 at 7:00 p.m. in the Media Center.

ICS Auction
The school relies on fundraising support to accomplish its mission of inspiring disciples of Christ, challenging each individual to be a life-long learner and striving to live our Catholic faith through service. The biggest fundraiser for our school is our ICS Auction.

Auction this year will be Saturday November 7 - please save the date!

Our theme this year, "An Evening of Southern Elegance", offers a chance for attendees to display their southern charm in dress, decor and demeanor!

Opportunities to get involved abound. They include:

*Sponsorships
*Donations
*Volunteer help
*Attendance

Please click here to visit our ICS Auction page for forms and more details!

Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Please continue to use the same drop-off and pick-up procedures even though the construction in front parking lot is now finished. Unfortunately, the eastern portion of the Church parking lot does not have a large enough radius to support a carline on that side of campus. As such, please adhere to the following schedule for morning drop-off:

7:00 – 7:25 a.m. – drop-off in front of St. Michael Hall
7:25 – 7:48 a.m. – drop-off in Pavilion parking lot
After 7:48 a.m. – park and walk into the Front Office

Pick-up remains unchanged.
If you have any questions, please contact the Front Office.

Update Information in Sycamore
If any of your contact information has changed (email, phone, address, etc.), please either contact the Front Office to notify them explicitly of this change or login to Sycamore and make the change yourself. If you need any assistance with this or any aspect of Sycamore, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Along those lines, the Instant Alert phone number that the school will use to issue immediate communication is: 813.324.6145. Please note that this phone number does not receive phone calls. When you see this number on your phone, please know that it is from ICS and that it is an Instant Alert communication.

IN KEEPING WITH OUR TRADITION, WE AT INCARNATION CATHOLIC SCHOOL:
