Spirit FM Radio Spot
Please continue to listen to Spirit FM 90.5 WBVM for our ICS ad in honor of Catholic Schools Week. You can listen online: http://www.spiritfm905.com

The ICS spot will air in the mornings, mid-days and afternoons after traffic updates!

Special thanks to our speakers, Jack Padron (Gr. 8) and Marissa Mattingly (Gr. 6)! They did an AMAZING job!

ICS Spring Book Fair
Our ICS Spring Book Fair begins tomorrow, February 3, and runs through next Friday, February 10. Students will have time during their Media/Tech classes and lunch/recess to purchase books. Parents are welcome to come by before or after school to shop as well!

Please note that the Book Fair will be open during our Grandparent’s Day event on 2/10!

You may also shop at our online book fair, which will take place until 2/15/17. Any books that you purchase will be delivered to our school with no shipping cost! You can find the link to the online fair here: http://www.scholastic.com/bf/ics1

We are still in need of some amazing parent volunteers to help the fair run smoothly. There are a variety of ways to help before, during, and after school hours, including:

1. Setting up the fair
2. Assisting students with creating their Wish List during the Student Preview days
3. Running the cash register
4. Breaking down the fair

If you have completed your Level II Background Screening and are interested in volunteering, please contact Ms. Sarah Stevenson at stevensons@icstampa.org

Reading is the gateway to knowledge! Thanks for your help with this event to promote literacy!

REMINDER - ICS Grandparents’ Day
Next Friday February 10, ICS will host its annual Grandparents’ Day. The preliminary agenda for the day is as follows:

8:00 – 9:30 a.m. – Breakfast and Book Fair

9:30 – 10:30 a.m. – Prayer Service and Student Showcase

10:30 – 11:00 a.m. – Book Fair and Grandparent Goodbyes

Sign-up forms are once again in today's Thursday packet. As one of the biggest events of the year, seating occurs on a first-come, first-served basis. Please RSVP early to ensure your parents can spend time with their grandchildren! Cost will be $7 per person (including students) to cover the cost of breakfast.

Please note that Friday February 10 is a full-day of school. Grandparents will be dismissed between 10:30 – 11:00 a.m. Students will report back to Homeroom at that time. In order for your son / daughter to leave with grandparents you must contact the Front Office in advance of 2/10/17 granting your permission for your child to leave early. Please note that if a student leaves early it will count as a 1/2 day absence.

Students will have lunch, recess and then engage in our 3rd Annual ICS DeMATHlon in the afternoon!

REMINDER - Box Tops for Education
The first deadline of 2017 is March 1. Please help ICS to collect more Box Tops to earn more funds for our great school! Send Box Tops in to the Front Office. Using a collection sheet makes submissions even easier:

Thank you!

Labels for Education
In addition to collecting Box Tops for Education, ICS is also collecting Labels for Education in an effort to raise funds for our school. For more details, please visit this site: http://www.labelsforeducation.com

Please note this program is ending at the end of the summer (August 1, 2017) so please help ICS to maximize its reward. Send in your Labels for Education to the Front Office.

REMINDER - Incarnation Carnival
The 53rd Incarnation Carnival is March 16 – 19, 2017! Incarnation Catholic School is charged with executing this community building event.

REMINDER - Carnival Sweepstakes Drawing
Incarnation Catholic School will host its annual Carnival Sweepstakes Drawing to coincide with the excitement of the 53rd Incarnation Carnival. Remember that participation in the Drawing is required for any family who did not purchase at least two tickets to last November’s Auction. This is part of the $150 fundraising commitment we expect and rely upon from each ICS family (ICS families must raise at least $150 between the Auction and Drawing; any combination can be used but the total must be $150).

Your participation in the Drawing can yield a great return on your investment if you end up winning! Drawings will begin on March 1 and will run through the last day of Carnival, March 19. Any family that sells at least $150 before the Drawing begins will be entered into a bonus drawing. Stay tuned for more details! Tickets and more information will be coming soon!

REMINDER - Incarnation Church Gala - RESCHEDULED
Please note that the Incarnation Church Gala originally scheduled for February 11 has been rescheduled for Saturday May 6, 2017 - "Summer Nights"! Anyone who sponsored an ad will be called and sent a letter with more information about this change. Contact the Church Office with any questions: (813) 885-7861.

IN KEEPING WITH OUR TRADITION, WE AT INCARNATION CATHOLIC SCHOOL:
